The big problem with this movie is the implausibility of finding a needle in a haystack. This film has to implausibility, is multiplied 100 times, and is repeated 3 times. That's right: Denzel bed the character of the numbers of crimes that are scenes, taking into account the type of tracks that stump Sherlock Holmes. It's absurd. What is worse, despite such psychic detective work, arriving at crime scenes too late anyway. I kept wondering if they were to catch the murderer. After all, it is impossible for the viewer to find out who the "murderer" is anyway, since there are no tracks, and that barely knows it is anyway, so there is little audience participation, too . Add Luis Guzmán and Queen Latifah as Denzel's "homies," a fool and the police unit beat Angelina Jolie in "gift" for forensic, you have to 2 hours, implausible, cliche episode of CSI. 5 points. |
This film really takes the cake. Everyone should have a movie that raises their anger whenever someone mentions that, even, and for me, that movie is "The Bone Collector." I have seen many bad movies, but this is a whole other category, because not only is bad - it's literally horrible. I've probably become immune to a certain level of violence in movies ( "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" does not bother me much), but there are several scenes in this film (one in particular, and who had the misfortune of watching this grave to know what I mean), which literally me sick to my stomach and angry at the filmmakers lack of restraint. There is absolutely nothing I can recommend in this film - NOTHING! This is the first movie in which you can make that statement. Even the worst films often have some form of cheap entertainment value, no matter how slim, but not here. It is as if the filmmakers stole ideas from all the other idea of popular films of recent years, cheapened them, put them in this film, and overcame them with the most grisly violence that I have ever seen. Seeing this is about as fun as a root without obtaining anasthetic channel, and I wonder if the director Philip Noyce is some kind of covert scares. I really hope that studying this for a long buried. |
Wow - this film was very bad! You talk about formulas, typical movie plot? Seeing this movie was like hitting my head repeatedly against a brick wall. Transitions kept trying to be cool, but no. The plot twist at the end, where we find that the evil was unexpected, but it does not make much sense until his monologue. Even then ... The amount of gore in this movie does not help either. Are all of the necessary images? My last complaint is about the plausibility of pieces of the film. Could the PD really send a lone officer unlit in a warehouse, subway tunnel, or where to find a body, where the murderer's location is unknown? And why does the romance at the end just kind of happen suddenly? It's like the writer is trying to fit into every cliché of Hollywood who could. Do not waste your time seeing this piece of ... something. |
