Thumbs up for "Bringing Out the Dead," one of the most underrated movies I've seen in quite some time. The first time I saw him, I had to say it was terrible. When I saw him a second time, I found understanding of what Scorsese was trying to create and enjoy the way the story was. Nicolas Cage, John Goodman, Patricia Arquette, Ving Rhames and Tom Sizemore to meet "Bringing Out the Dead" a Bringing Out the Dead Thriller movie of great success. Cage is a phenomenal player that brings a lot to this movie, including character depth. Goodman added the presence of the movie: Bringing Out the Dead with each scene is in. Arquette is an actress who can be counted on to offer a mobile performance with every role you take. Rhames and Sizemore as the perfect cast for this film. "Bringing Out the Dead" is not for the light at heart. It is also one of the underrated films released in 1999. |
What happened to Martin Scorsese? As if the reconstruction of "Cape Fear" was not bad enough now remaking their own films! "Bringing Out the Dead" is basically a rehash of "Taxi Driver" - a man who pushed the edge of the urban inferno of New York. It is well directed (of course) and well lit, but Nicholas Cage and Rosanna Arquette are horrible. Cage is wrong is no surprise - Arquette more than expected. Despite the fact that they are married in real life there are scenes together are completely blank - no fireworks, no attraction, nothing! Unfortunately, they are most of the film. The actors are great - Ving Rhames, Marc Antony, and especially Tom Sizemore. But the movie: Bringing Out the Dead has done before, the main actors are bad, predictable script ... What is the point? |
This surreal image of a stress of depression, alcohol and, in general, is a paramedic strange DVD movie Bringing Out the Dead can not be seen only as that. I recommend to see it late at night, but not too tired, because you have to be very alert to catch everything that's happening. The basic argument is about an ambulance driver (Nicolas Cage can act!) That has not spared anyone for months and begins to doubt that he can save anyone else. Drink alcohol and coffee and the result is a big mess. This is not a "top to bottom" type of movie. When the DivX film Bringing Out the Dead ends, nothing is really resolved. The performance is quite impeccable. Nicolas Cage makes his best performance to date, paramedics and their friends and the people who is very well portrayed. John Goodman is a fat, but something nice sweaty paramedic, Tom Sizemore (!) Is a psychotic ambulance driver who has his own view of work, Ving Rhames is a Christian who is given the job as a chance to save souls, Mark Anthony is an interesting street freak, and Patricia Arquette is a tired woman who lost her father. The pictures are very good too. New York whizzes past, full of light and darkness. It's rough, is temperamental and is surreal. If you're a little unorthodox DVD film Bringing Out the Dead then as Bringing Out the Dead. But be sure to be in the mood, or the experience will be very different. Oh, and greetings to all the paramedics and other health care heroes out there. If your job is anywhere near this movie, you're the greatest. |
Martin Scorsese reprises his unique style of Bringing Out the Dead Thriller making in this dark gloomy drama vaguely recognizes that depicts a man in perpetual descent into the depths of New York City after nightfall. Dramatically negative effect of this lifestyle is having on the character of Nicolas Cage, who works the night shift as a paramedic, began to take its toll on his psyche and begins to acknowledge the lack of surviving citizens encountered. The circulation of a new drug, called Red Death, has also caused massive overcrowding in the local emergency, giving few changes to be made redundant, as you wish. In addition, its relationship with the daughter of a comatose patient - but quite confusing - definitely seems to send him into a downward spiral in which the attempts of the console and its tragic situation seemingly inflexible, as well as an obsession with the past that a child could not save. Guilt, despair, fear and confusion entangles a man through a surreal and very convincing series of events in a Bringing Out the Dead Thriller film that I enjoyed thoroughly. "Bringing Out the Dead" was portrayed almost in a David Lynch-style quality, where we enjoy what we are seeing, without clear understanding that, although it never becomes the premise terribly complex ... The DVD movie Bringing Out the Dead also has the unmistakable tone Scorsese (the "Taxi Driver"), related to the lone survivor in the midst of urban decay. Always done well by you. Not a great movie, but it is one of the darker, more the subject of horror I have seen things from Scorsese. Worth a look. |
