| Eye of the Beholder is a good Eye of the Beholder Mystery film because it is acting on the two main stars (Ewan McGregor and Ashley Judd), but as a mystery what really sucks the big one. And that's too bad that this plot as bad as it can dismiss some fine actors like this. It is not the best film: Eye of the Beholder of the year, but at least try |
| What a mess. And the waste of talented actors like Ewan McGregor, Ashley Judd and Geneviève Bujold. I can accept the confusion and ambiguity in a DVD movie Eye of the Beholder - but only if it ultimately ties into some sort of resolution or understanding of the characters or their situation. The director of the libertine and the apparent use of "artistic" the camera and editing utlimately becomes tedious and distracting. And the viewer to suspend the need for a sense of reality and accept a premise of the DivX film Eye of the Beholder is stretched beyond breaking point in this one. Although apparently Shclepping enough about the surveillance and communication gear to fill a network TV remote, the character of Ewan McGregor manages to remain invisible and never be thwarted by a second for things such as old-fashioned public telephones in the middle from scratch, or any other physical limitation. The device of having the disembodied KD Lang NAG maternal HQ identified some interesting first, but never developed, and ultimately becomes tedious. Last, but geography does not seem worthy of a reality in this movie. Who the hell was traveling from San Francisco to Yosemite via Death Valley? |
| For the first time in recent history, I had to fight to sit through an entire movie. Usually, only the simple fact that I paid my money, I endure everything. This time, however, had it not been for the fact that I was not alone, I would have got up and left. This was terribly wrong. Each and every little plot twist absurd. There is no flow of history. | There can be a spoiler or two in this review, but how can ruin a DivX Movie Eye of the Beholder that totally sucks? This Eye of the Beholder Mystery is one of the worst movies I've seen. I felt no compassion for any of the characters (except the men who mercilessly killing Ashley Judd). Ashley plays a woman who has problems. She likes men to the collection, use them, and then take their money out of them when she does. (I think women have this character is based). Ewan McGregor plays a private eye witnesses to the killing and even falls in love with her. He also hallucinates about his daughter being with him, until she leaves and irritating. Who watches his death, but to see the good qualities under the blood stains. The only guy who tries to help an old man. Strike the garbage outside and then said that Ashley is going to kill him. NICE! At the end of the movie: Eye of the Beholder I was hoping that they all die so there will be no sequel. Half of my wish came true. |
| This movie: Eye of the Beholder is a "film noir". That makes it different from the more popular films. Not if you want to see that laughter or tears, but only if you want to leave and not be obsessed by it. Will make you think. You will feel. I really like that. And I liked acting, directing, and the appearance of the image. However, most of all I liked the way it made me think and feel. Try that when you can give it the attention it deserves. |
| I am a big fan of Ashley Judd. I've been looking forward to this Eye of the Beholder Mystery film coming out. I was astounded, as well as the entire movie: Eye of the Beholder audience. We all felt like we lost something. The Eye of the Beholder Mystery film makes no sense. The final was a big disappointment. I am a person open-minded when it comes to movies, but I'm sorry, this DVD movie Eye of the Beholder sucked. |
