| Stephen Baldwin redeemed himself by logging in one of the best performances of 2007 and no, I'm not on crack. The story is simple: people Lonely Christmas Eve. Nothing fancy, nothing pretentious, nothing deep, however, is the most amazing short DivX film Midnight Clear I've seen in a long time. The production values were equal to anything that shows your multiplex, the screenplay was very good, and Stephen Baldwin, wow. I thought the guy was a joke of an actor who had assembled for his more famous brother's coat-tails. How wrong I was, and boy oh boy I owe an apology. Stephan makes a stunning performance as the pathetic how Lefty, who runs a clinic almost acting throughout the movie, and this has been released in theaters nationally, I think it would have been in operation for some form of recognition , ie the mysteries perhaps. Yes, it is a Christian film, but only because of his hair chinny chin chin, ie barely exists, and only in the last couple of minutes of the film. If you did not know he was Christian, which is likely to miss it because humanity is basically on the need for companionship and redemption. That's it. The Bible is not beating or preaching, no gospel. Is it the best Midnight Clear Drama movie of 2007? No. Is it the best live video of the 2007 film, absolutely. |
| By far the best Christmas Midnight Clear Drama movie I've seen in years and one of the best movies I've seen in a long time! I want more movies like this! Simply said, beautiful and understated. A witness said about five wonderfully weird whose paths cross one Christmas Eve and an impact on the lives of some other simple but surprising ways. Not your usual Hollywood kind of Christmas movie, where everyone is smiling and happy endings can be found in every corner. No, this movie: Midnight Clear is about real people with real problems in the real world, where things do not always necessarily end happily ever after. And in the course of the film, not quite sure what the outcome will be. Honest, sincere, genuine, fully credible. Could easily and readily identify with every character. The performances are first rate and playing to perfection. Each performance comes across as completely authentic. I love the look and feel of this movie. Visually stunning, it's hard to believe this was shot in a low budget and only something like 18 days! Touching and moving! The DVD movie Midnight Clear never feels forced or manipulative. And so fair! (I loved the character of Mitch). A visual experience more rewarding indeed! My greatest praise and compliments to all participants. I recommend this DivX film Midnight Clear and wait for the next role to come from Jenkins Entertainment! |
| Midnight Clear is a Midnight Clear movie about hope from the depths of despair. The holidays are usually a time where people are more depressed than any other, but should be a time for celebration. This DVD film Midnight Clear is about five people in a hurting world, who are connecting with each other - and "save" each other (figuratively and literally) in the night before Christmas. Believably do, just run and well acted, this DivX film Midnight Clear is going to tow your heart. Nice performances by Stephen Baldwin and K Callen, the movie: Midnight Clear is very minimalist, but it helps to keep the focus on each of the five main characters. It is not a warm and fuzzy movie, but life often dances around the cold and messy, and it is honestly within that realm. |
| Most of the comments here sound professionally. Therefore, this point is the common man (woman). I really liked the movie. The reason we picked the video store because it had been Jerry Jenkins name on it (I am a fan). Although Stephen Baldwin was the main character, I liked all the characters. I thought the players did a good job representing the pain and disappointment that we face at some point in life. I thought the story of the youth pastor is great. The story of how each of us as human beings touch the lives either positively or negatively, by all humans who come into contact with (actually it was quite the topic of the story lines). It is also a reminder that sometimes we just have to suck it up and do the things you really do not want to do, like going Christmas Caroling! |
| I knew it was a remake, but I do not think the short version. Therefore, had no history to compare. The screenplay is very strong. The performances are excellent, as is the address. The main characters are rich, but the smaller roles, especially the man up the plant are very well done. Knowing the limitations of a budget less than $ 1 million, I was expecting to see the defects in production. But I could not find them. The production values are extraordinary. That is true of the cinematography, sound, lighting, score, sets, accessories, and on. The Midnight Clear Drama film is a pleasure, and leaves a sadness at the same time. That's life. But it is a wonderful film, one that all family members and friends who are alone at Christmas, you should see. |
| This Midnight Clear Drama is a great piece of action with an established quality players. I've seen in Cinequest. I recommend it to those who like a TV dramas - "Six Feet Under," "Once and Again", "My Life So-called" or recent films like "savages" or "Lars and the Real Girl." He had the ability to be moving without being saptastic. Holiday displays so you can be - not the darkness of the Sundance festival of the kind of cynicism. Stephen Baldwin knew he had this performance in it. Kae is expected in the performance of his pain to a woman on the brink. This DivX film Midnight Clear should be seen beyond the channels such as Sundance and IFC - I would love to see it on FX or AMC next Christmas. But it is worth the price of the DVD. Dan |
| I saw this in the water at the Film Festival Saugatuck, Michigan. This was a DivX Movie Midnight Clear is good, but I felt a better script could have been much more attractive. It takes place on Christmas Eve in a small town in Arizona. After a lonely old man without a job, a petrol station worker, a grieving mother, a young and depressed youth pastor, the movie: Midnight Clear shows the crossroads and experience of holidays in the night in different ways. The problem with the Midnight Clear movie is that some of the story lines are not as interesting as the others and some are not so developed. Personally, I prefer the unemployed Lefty (played by Stephen Baldwin, performed well in a dramatic role) and old (wonderfully played by K Callan). There was not enough time in the youth pastor so their story seems unfinished. And there was too much time devoted to the mother and the petrol station worker, who was not a very interesting story. The end was good, in fact, a little too good, it seems as if everything came together perfectly well. But it was not that bad of a film. If during the holiday season, you're looking for a DivX Movie Midnight Clear to see, I recommend this Midnight Clear film before recommending a review of those movies that are released every holiday season to make big bucks. |
