| This is just one of those films on the basis of a good One Missed Call Mystery (the original is bad), that Hollywood sees as an opportunity to rebuild and make a lot of money. Please do not help to achieve this! The Japanese version is based on "what you can not see scarier is that what you see!" And played like a very decent DVD film One Missed Call of fear. | When I went to the theater to see this movie, I had some doubts, as The Grudge and the ring were pretty bad and there is growing has been a very good remake of Japanese horror in the United States? Now these questions yourself, 1. Would you like to watch movies with no plot at all? 2. Do you like movies that you have no idea at all what's going on? 3. Do you like movies with 0% character development? 4. Would you like to watch a bunch of teenage "test" to act and not succeed? 5. Do you think a baby with a cellphone is extremely scared? 6. Would you like to sleep in cinemas? If you answered yes to any of these questions, go right ahead and some waste of hard earned cash into this super awesome amazing really amazing movie, if you do not respond to all these questions, go rent or buy Superba, trust I will have more fun, and if you want a good horror movie, go rent or buy The Exorcist because of a missed call is a disgrace to the horror genre. | I know that many people have given this a low rating but I think it's mainly because many people have prejudices before seeing the DivX Movie One Missed Call because the original Japanese version and the origin and the fact that this is a remake. Ok granted is not the best DVD movie One Missed Call of all time, but far from the worst if you look at it as I did with an open mind and give a chance under its own merits. There were several parts of the film: One Missed Call in riddles and you do not think you know who is behind it, but you can guess wrong - I know that I did, ok it was not too scared, but a time when we did not make it now I think it would be weird, you can see some holes in the plot, but then again you can with most of the films. Anything goes in all watch with an open mind, if you really do not expect anything from it and give the DivX film One Missed Call a chance! My rating 7 / 10 |
| When I saw the first trailer for this DVD movie One Missed Call I thought "Oh great, another 'When a stranger calls" movie. "I had nothing to do with what I saw with some friends. After I saw that I had probably the biggest pain headache in my entire life. The dialog was hilariously awful, the characters are very Unlike the "jump" moments did not even phase me. And I hated how they tried so hard to do all the feel of the DVD movie One Missed Call chilling and fear (hence the "fear of music '). It takes brains to make a good horror movie, and this does not have a brain at all. It seems that it will not be able to combat any stupid or boring remakes of horror movies anytime soon ... If your looking for a good laugh or a bad headache, this One Missed Call Mystery could be the one for you. 2 / 10 stars. |
